I respect this group because there is no evidence to support that more and more study time achieves equal results for the invested time. In fact, for the amount of time some students spend studying, their return on test performance is relatively low. They would be better off exercising, pursuing a hobby, or participating in community building or service.

About Exercise and Fitness
Crossfit - If functional fitness is what you seek and not cosmetic beauty, then this is the approach that you need to take. Granted their WODs are created for Olympian level athletes they can be easily modified. Get a stop watch and push yourself. Three rules to exercise and progression: intensity, frequency and duration. That last one is really misleading. Many people profess to spending an hour or more in the gym, but the time they are actually exercising is far less. With a fifteen minute warm-up and a period of 5 minutes to 20 minutes of intense, focused exercise, most all fitness goals can be achieved. Oh, do this daily, say five to six times a week. That's your 'duration', time in terms of days, weeks, months and years of sticking with a disciplined time of exercise. Sure spend a couple hours a week going for a long walk, but the real secret is in the intensity and frequency. Check them out.
